Intersection Collisions in Mississippi
When going through an intersection, you are more likely to be involved in a vehicle accident. Crossroads have become more deadly in the last twenty years, according to new research. According to the Federal Highway Administration, while junctions make up a small percentage of American roads, they are the site of about 2.5 million car accidents each year. Intersection collisions are among the most deadly on the road, accounting for around 20% of all traffic deaths. Approximately 22% of all junction accidents are caused by left-hand turns.
Following a car accident, you must establish that the other party’s negligence caused your injuries, which can be difficult to do on your own. When an accident victim seeks compensation for their injuries, they often find themselves in a difficult scenario that may quickly spiral out of control, adding more stress to an already stressful situation. You won’t have to go up against a huge insurance company on your own, thankfully. You can build a compelling case, protect your legal rights, and hold the guilty party accountable if you choose an attorney with considerable experience in Mississippi personal injury cases.
