Passenger Injuries in Mississippi
Passengers are in an unusual situation where Mississippi car accidents are concerned. An injured passenger is almost never the cause of the crash, however, this lack of liability does not protect them from injuries.
Passengers are exposed to the very same dangers as drivers, such as broken bones and traumatic brain injuries. No matter what caused the collision, the vehicle’s passenger is not going to be accountable for their own injuries.
A complimentary consultation with a passenger injury attorney from Germany Law Firm, PLLC can provide you with a full explanation of the details of your claim, what medical invoices to expect now and in the months to come, and the estimated value of your claim before you consent to a devalued settlement offer.
