Irresponsible motorists who consciously decide to ignore the legal speed limit are a menace to themselves and to those around them. In the past twenty years, motorists who drive too fast have been responsible for about 34% of all crash fatalities. In the United States, in 2017, speeding was the cause on record for 26% of all crash-related deaths.

If you are trying to recover your financial losses following a car accident, you will have to prove that the carelessness of another person was the direct cause of your injuries. This can be hard to accomplish alone, and a lot of road accident victims find themselves overcome by the technicalities involved in the personal injury legal process.

A skilled Mississippi personal injury lawyer will help you build a solid claim, make certain your legal rights are defended and guarantee that the person responsible is held liable for their part in your accident.

When you or a family member has been critically injured in a Mississippi car crash, or in any other way caused by the negligence of another person, it is imperative to protect your legal rights. At Germany Law Firm PLLC, we believe in offering unmatched legal representation to our clients in order to raise their chances of a successful outcome.

Vehicle collision data followed by the Department of Transportation shows that more than 700 people were killed in car wrecks in 2016 in the state of Mississippi. In addition to this, several thousand people endured severe and catastrophic injuries that will require thousands of dollars in medical procedures before they can begin to heal.

Vehicle operators who participate in reckless behavior while they are behind the wheel are far more likely to cause serious car crashes. Each year, an estimated 13,000 fatal car wrecks are caused by these careless drivers, accounting for around one-third of all collision fatalities. Sadly, human error plays a role in nearly 90% of all Mississippi car accidents.
