Simpson Co, MS – Asiah Saranthus Dies in School Bus Crash on MS-540
Simpson Co, MS (August 23, 2021) – There was a fatality reported in the aftermath of a two-vehicle accident in Simpson County on Monday, August 23.
The collision occurred on MS-540 just east of Zion Hill Road. The incident was reported early that morning at around 7 a.m. According to reports from the Mississippi Highway Patrol, 21-year-old Asiah Saranthus was traveling westbound on the highway when she was involved in a crash with an oncoming school bus.
