Passenger Injuries in Quitman County
Even though the majority of people associate car accident injury claims as something that is handled by a driver who has been injured, passengers are also legally allowed to pursue a claim for financial compensation following a car accident
Unfortunately, passengers are usually underinformed or altogether unaware of what their rights are after they are injured in a car crash. This includes their right, protected by the state of Mississippi, to bring a claim against a negligent driver for medical costs, lost income, and pain and suffering.
