Oxford, MS (June 11, 2021) – A serious automobile collision in the Oxford region injured at least one person, according to local officials.

The crash happened late that evening, about 11:36 a.m., according to first-hand accounts. Two cars collided near N. Lamar Boulevard, leading emergency responders to hurry to the scene to help the injured. There are limited specifics concerning the extent of the associated damages at this time. 

Due to lane closures on the highway, multiple lanes on the roadway were closed.
