Mississippi Reckless Driving Crashes
Accidents caused by carelessness are the outcome of negligence. Speeding, failing to cede the right of way, rushing through stoplights, tailgating, racing, and unpredictable driving are all examples of reckless driving. Drunk or drugged driving, texting, or talking on the phone while driving are all instances of irresponsible driving. Hundreds of people are killed annually by reckless drivers in the state of Mississippi.
You may be eligible for compensation if you or somebody you care about was injured in a vehicle accident caused by someone else. Since Mississippi is a pure comparative negligence state, pursuing a damages claim after an automobile accident may be challenging. Wherever possible, insurance companies endeavor to dismiss claims or reduce payouts. Even if you feel the other person is fully responsible, the insurance provider will almost probably argue that you share some of the responsibility to save money.
You have the constitutional right to file a personal injury lawsuit if you were injured in a Mississippi automobile accident caused by a reckless motorist.
