Oxford, MS (May 12, 2022) - Early on Thursday morning, May 12, medical personnel were sent to the scene of a significant traffic collision in Oxford. At 7:55 a.m. the accident happened on US-278 EB.
Despite the fact that the extent of the damage was not stated in the first reports, at least one person was injured on the site. As a consequence of the crash, several highways were blocked, and those who required special care were transported by ambulance to nearby hospitals.
There is presently no more information. The crash is still being investigated.
