Mississippi Car Accidents
Mississippi vehicle wrecks happen all the time, injuring and taking the lives of thousands of people per year. On average, more than 125,000 car wrecks cause injuries to more than 55,000 individuals per year in Mississippi. More than 1,000 people are killed in these collisions every year.
Car wrecks can happen for many different reasons. Currently, driver negligence is the main cause of auto accidents in Mississippi and throughout the United States. Driver fatigue, distraction, and intoxication cause thousands of injuries and fatalities every single year. Choosing to drive negligently is a dangerous and selfish act that is punishable by hefty fines and jail time if a negligent driver hurts another person.
When you or someone you love is hurt in a car wreck caused by negligence, don’t allow the insurance companies to take advantage of you. Unfortunately, insurance adjusters are trained to prey on crash victims in the days and weeks after their accidents, when they are seemingly at their weakest emotionally and mentally, as well as physically. Adjusters try to get crash victims to settle for small amounts of compensation when they clearly deserve so much more for the damages they have been faced with.
Vehicle repairs, lost wages, loss of consortium, loss of future earning capacity, and more may be eligible for compensation by filing a personal injury claim. The lawyers at the Germany Law Firm, PLLC, have many years of experience helping injured crash victims get the money they need to make successful recoveries.
