Mississippi High-Speed Collisions
The speed of a vehicle has a big impact on how severe an automotive collision will be. Along with the recklessness that comes with speeding, more than 50% of the drivers involved in fatal auto accidents in 2019 were not wearing seat belts at the time of the incident. Speeding drivers kill thousands of people every year.
After a vehicle accident in Mississippi, you might need legal assistance if you want to obtain the financial compensation you want to pay your bills, repair your car, and cover any other connected costs. If another motorist was at fault for your injuries, Mississippi law gives you the right to sue them for their negligence and seek monetary damages as well as compensation for your physical and emotional suffering.
The vast majority of Mississippi drivers engaged in collisions never experience criminal prosecution or any penalties beyond maybe receiving a traffic ticket. As a result, we believe that the only option for our clients to receive justice is by bringing a civil lawsuit against the party responsible for the tragedy. Even when criminal charges are brought, the victims receive little compensation for the harms, costs, and losses they suffered as a result of the incident.
The Germany Law Firm PLLC carefully weighs all relevant criteria when determining compensation because we feel that one of our most essential obligations is to employ every possible legal tool on behalf of our clients.
