Pedestrian Accidents in Moss Point
In the state of Mississippi, all drivers are required to yield to pedestrians who are in the roadway, whether or not they are in a crosswalk. In spite of this fact, the majority of drivers neglect to look for pedestrians in roadways or crosswalks before proceeding through them.
This inattention often brings about disastrous consequences for the pedestrian, especially considering the lack of physical protection that pedestrians have. Distracted drivers are one of the biggest threats to pedestrians, particularly in more provincial areas that do not have any signal-protected crossings.
