Reckless Driving Accidents in Mississippi
According to statistics, human error, especially reckless driving, causes more than 90% of road accidents. Many people believe that the traffic crisis is man-made. We could dramatically reduce the number of reckless driving events if we could change drivers' attitudes and behaviors behind the wheel.
You will not have unlimited time to file an accident claim following a serious car crash. Mississippi's statute of limitations gives you three years from the date of your accident to submit a claim. If that time lapses, you will no longer be able to file a claim. This means you will be unable to recover your deserved compensation.
