Deadly Aviation Accidents in Mississippi
National statistics show that fatal airplane crashes are on the rise in the United States, with nearly one person dying daily in aviation accidents in 2018. Mississippi wrongful death lawsuits are intended to compensate surviving family members when the negligent actions of another party cause the death of a loved one. Just because the victim died, that does not mean that the at-fault party should be off the hook. The defendant must instead pay compensation to the family members of the deceased after a deadly Mississippi plane crash. This can only be accomplished by partnering with a law firm with years of experience helping victims pursue wrongful death claims.
