Intersection Collisions in Mississippi
While passing through a roadway junction, the probability of getting involved in a crash increases, and recent research has even revealed that roadway crossings have become increasingly dangerous over time. According to the Federal Highway Administration, almost 2.5 million car accidents occur at junctions each year, accounting for about 40% of all recorded car accidents in the United States. These collisions are among the most serious, accounting for roughly half of all injury accidents and a quarter of all traffic fatalities. Left-hand turns account for nearly 22% of all intersection collisions. Even traffic signals can only do so much to prevent a serious collision, and red-light runners are responsible for thousands of fatalities in the United States each year
Dealing with the aftermath of a catastrophic accident is a time-consuming and difficult procedure, and many Mississippi automobile accident victims are unprepared to defend their rights. Medical bills, repair bills, and lost income can all have a significant financial and emotional impact on our lives, leaving accident victims in a tough financial and emotional scenario. When victims rely only on insurance firms to collect lost compensation, they frequently feel even more alone and bewildered, exacerbating the problem. Injured parties should consider hiring a trained lawyer to assist them in filing a personal injury claim if they lack the necessary information to obtain reasonable compensation.
