Gulfport, MS (February 4, 2020) – Around 3 p.m. this afternoon, police responded to the scene of a two-car accident at the intersection of Highway 49 and School Road in Gulfport.

When police arrived, they found one of the vehicles involved in the accident flipped upside-down. One of the victims in that vehicle was sent to the hospital with injuries but is expected to be okay.

Various emergency responders were active at the scene including the Gulfport Fire Department, Harrison County Fire Rescue, and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.

Police continue to investigate the collision at this time.
