Wrongful Deaths in Mississippi
Sadly, wrongful deaths can stem from numerous kinds of negligence-based accidents. A few of the more common ones seen in Mississippi include:
- Dangerous or defective products
- Automobile collisions
- Medical malpractice
- Hunting accidents
- Farming accidents
- Premises liability issues
- Workplace sickness or injury
- Defective or dangerous medical devices
In these scenarios, surviving family members are not only left grieving but also trying to work out exactly how they are going to deal with the outrageous medical expenses incurred by the deceased, along with the added anxiety that comes with the absence of the contributions, monetary and otherwise, that the deceased is no longer providing.
Our attorneys have a well-established track record of securing the maximum amount of financial compensation available to our clients. Our goal is to ensure that all of their damages are covered after a wrongful death.
Our team of skilled attorneys works tirelessly to secure maximum compensation for their clients’ damages, including:

- Loss of consortium
- Pain and suffering
In the event that the respondent’s actions were particularly egregious, the court could also decide to award exemplary damages. These are meant to serve as a punishment for the respondent and to deter like-minded people from committing the same or similar act.
